Order Process

We explain how it's done, step by step:

TO SELECT PRODUCT DETAILS:

In the Wolford Online Boutique, click on the picture or description of the product that catches your eye. This will bring you the product details, telling you all you want to know about the product.

TO SELECT QUANTITY, SIZE AND COLOUR:

In product details, you can choose the desired quantity yourself, as well as the correct size and colour, using the buttons.

TO ADD AN ARTICLE TO THE SHOPPING CART:

Click the "Add to cart" button to put the selected article into your shopping cart, initially without any obligation to buy. The infobox on the left shows the price of the article in the shopping cart.

TO ADD MORE TO THE SHOPPING CART:

Add further products to the shopping cart by simply repeating the procedure.

TO VIEW THE CONTENTS OF THE SHOPPING CART:

View the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on "Shopping cart", top right.

TO PLACE THE ORDER:

Step 1: View the articles in the shopping cart, change them or delete them

Once all the articles required, in the correct quantities, sizes and colours, are in the shopping cart, click "Cash box" (bottom right) to start placing the order. Here, you can view the selected articles once more, as well as make any changes, e.g. quantities or sizes. Clicking "Change" opens the page showing the details. Make the changes and confirm by clicking "Save changes". This will return you to the shopping cart. To remove a product from the shopping cart simply click "Delete". Click the "Cash box" button to continue your order. Click the "Return to catalogue" button to return to the Wolford Online-Boutique and add more things to your shopping cart. Your shopping cart will be saved.

Step 2: Logging in

If you already have a personal Wolford account, we need your e-mail address and password. New visitors can register by simply clicking on the button below and after registration will have access to their own personal Wolford account. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 3: Entering your customer details

Please enter your details into the fields. Fields marked with * are mandatory for your order to be processed. Simply select the appropriate radio button and click "Continue". Entering your telephone number is very important as regards dealing with any subsequent queries. Once logged in you can manage your personal data in "My account".

Step 4: Select payment method

Select a payment method option. If you choose "Credit card", please complete all the required boxes. Click "Next step" to proceed.

Step 5: Order details

Our order details page now shows you your entire order once more. Please check to make sure your personal data is correct. If changes need to be made, click "Back". Once everything is correct, confirm acceptance of the standard terms and conditions by clicking the "Send off order" button and send the order direct to us. Many thanks!
